Ana was the loving wife of the late Zvonimir; dear mother to Thomas and Paul (Trish), loving grandmother of Laura, Thomas and Jennifer and devoted daughter to Ilija and Ana Marsic. She was the beloved sister to late Marica Kamenski, Ilija Marsic, late Nikola (Blazenka) Marsic, Bozidar (Vicki) Marsic, Dane (Djurdja) Marsic, Petar Marsic.
She was also an aunt to many nieces and nephews in Australia, Croatia and Switzerland.
Ana loved the outdoors and was an avid hiker, birdwatcher and gardener. Even when she required the assistance of a walker you would still almost always find her walking around her neighborhood if the weather permitted. She was a great cook and even better baker – and her cookies and desserts were popular beyond her immediate family. In her later years she developed a passion for drawing and painting.
Ana had a chemistry degree and worked at Baxter where she contributed to 3 patents. While in Croatia she worked for a pioneering female researcher and co-authored one scientific research article.
