She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Mika Fabina; her children, Josip Fabina (Ljilja), Bernarda Petrina (Drago) and Kata Witzel (late Dave); her grandchildren, Diane Radisic (Leo), Paul Fabina (Rebekah), Ivan Fabina, Michael Petrina (Brianne), Nicholas Petrina (Trish) and Babi; her siblings, Darko Janakovic (Olga) and Bernarda Schratz (late Frank); her sister-in-law Sofija Janakovic; her extended family, Croatia and Slovenija; and her mother Miro Grubisic. She was also cherished by nieces, cousins.
