It is with very profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis at the young age of 44. Loving and beloved father of Christian and Natalie. Dennis sadly leaves behind his devastated parents Jeleca "Helen" and Ivan "John", brother Allen (Louise – Julian, Emily) and sister Melanie (Dylan – Joshua, Emma, Noah).
He will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family in Canada, Croatia and Kansas City, as well as many friends for his loving caring nature and great sense of humor. He has touched so many lives in ways that cannot be expressed in words, and nothing meant more to Dennis in life then his dear children.
Due to Covid-19, all visitations and funerals are restricted to a specified number of attendees. All visitors will be required to wear a face covering, as well as provide name and telephone number to funeral home staff. Visitation is at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday July 18, 2021 from 4pm to 8pm with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East, on Monday July 19 at 10am with interment at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made towards Dennis’ children’s future education fund at any BMO location - Transit# 03262 Institution #001 Acc't #8964613 or by cheque payable to Christian and/or Natalie Sudac.
