She came to this country with almost no material items. What she did have was an abundance of love and kindness towards everyone she met. When her children would have friends over you can be certain those kids went home with full bellies! She wouldn't have it any other way. It was her mission in life to feed anyone who walked through her doors.
She was passionate about keeping people warm, especially her children and family. It didn't matter how old we were or how well we took care of ourselves, she would always knit us a pair of Croatian slippers (Papuče) every Christmas for fear our toes would get frostbite.
Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ladislav; Loving mother of Rose (Daniel) Jaeger, Catherine (deceased), Frances, Dina (Christopher) DePerro, Tina (Jonathan) Enberg, and John (Jennifer); Baka (grandmother) of Alana (Keith) Mark, Wesley, Christian, Brandon, Evan, Sophia, Nikolas, Stella and great-grandmother to Henson and Lucas; Daughter of deceased Nikola and Ruza Bulic (Brozovich); Sister of Ivan (deceased) Milan, RoseMary (Ivan) Vrataric, Tony, Louie (Ivana); Strina/Teta (Aunt) of many nieces and nephews.
