It is with sadness that we must say that in the early morning hours of November 8, 2021, Eva Pintaric went into the hands of the Lord. Eva Pintaric, in her 81st year of life was predeceased by her husband Boris Pintaric (1995), will be missed by her two sons, B. John and his wife Cheryl and Dennis.
She will be missed by her remaining siblings in Canada, Anna Popovic and her family, Katica Karlica and her family and Milan Jovanovic and his family. She will also be remembered by her nieces and nephews both here in Canada and Croatia.
She was predeceased by her three sisters in Croatia; Marija Spanjol, Lucija Jambresic and Danica Tomljenovic, along with two brother-in-laws, Stanko Jambresic and Ivo Tomljenovic. Although she lived in Canada for most of her life, her heart always belonged to her beloved Croatia.
Traveling always to Croatia to enjoy the falls and winters there, she would always take time to visit family and friends. She enjoyed the peaceful environment that allowed her to take the time to read and explore various parts of Zagreb.
