Josip Antun Puches was born in Osijek on 18.04.1930. His family belonged to Vukovar where he lived. He arrived in Argentina in July 1948. He died in Buenos Aires on April 30, 2021.
Josip Puches participated actively in the activities and institutions of the Croatian Collectivity of Buenos Aires. With his family he was assiduous participant in the eucaristic and social celebrations of Croatian Catholic Center Sv. Nikola Tavelić.
He was a singer, president and director of the Croatian Choir Jadran, a member of the Croatian Argentine Cultural Club, of which he was president, and a founding partner and manager of the Croatian Indonesian Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
The Institute and magazine Studia Croatica fires Josip Puba Puches, active and greatly appreciated member of our collective and accompanies his wife Jasna Hranilović, his children Dunja, Miro, Ivo and Marina and their families.
Rest in God's peace and God gave him eternal rest.
