Josip "Joe" Cacic, age 82, of Willowick, passed away January 4, 2022. He was born in Donje Pazarište, Croatia on June 10, 1939, to the late Juraj and Kata Cacic.
He was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will be greatly missed by many. Joe immigrated to the United States in 1968 and proudly became a United States Citizen on March 31, 1995.
In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and he had love for animals. Joe's greatest joy was his family especially his grandchildren. Joe was a very hardworking man and took pride in caring for his family.
Joe is survived by his wife Ethel Santorelli-Cacic, children Joe (Sharon) Cacic, Matilda "Seka" Cacic (Erik Vasilko), grandchildren Brittany (Mark) Coulter and Allyson Cacic, great-grandchildren Kylie and Blake Coulter, , sisters Maria (Milan) Orlic, Matilda AnnuB, nephews Tom and Dan Orlic and Harry AnnuB, nieces Gabi and Karina AnnuB, cousin George Cacic and his dog Milo.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Marko Cacic, brother-in-law Harry AnnuB and former wife Bernardica Cacic-Purgar.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 4 to 8pm at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 10:00am also at the funeral home. Joe will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
