MAJETIC; Katarina: Peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton on Sunday October 17th 2021 (in her 86th year).
Beloved wife of the late Stjepan Majetic (2016). Loving and adored mother of Slavica Holjevac and John Majetic. Cherished grandmother of Mark, Matthew, Katrina and Tristan. Katarina will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews along with many other family members and friends both in Croatia and Canada.
Due to Covid-19, all visitations and funerals are restricted to a specified number of attendees. All visitors will be required to wear a face covering, as well as provide name and telephone number to funeral home staff.
Visitation at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Thursday October 21st from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Church, 1883 King Street East, on Friday October 22nd at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Katarina's memory may be made to Juravinski Hospital.
