She will be truly missed by her beloved husband Rudolf (Rudy) for 44 years. Cherished mother of Anita Prawak (Peter) and Christina Pawluk (Michael).
Forever cherished and remembered by her grandchildren as their much loved Baba, Marko, Karina, Nicholas and Frank. Dear sister of Ivanka Dehlic (Ivan) in Croatia. Sadly missed by Branko Skot and family, Marijan and Milka Gorup, Stjepan Jarmek, Kumovi Benic and Juran, many friends and family in Canada and Croatia.
Ljubica will be remembered for her warm personality, love of baking, spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She struggled for many years with health issues but remained positive and strong with her loving husband beside her.
She enjoyed nothing more than talking on the phone with friends, sharing stories of her childhood in Croatia, and enjoying picnics and music. She came to Canada at 16 years old and worked in factories, making many friends. She devoted her life to raising her children and helping with her grandchildren.
No words can express how lucky we were to have her in our lives, she was very much loved by all who knew her. Thank you to Dr. Kouroukis and his team at the Juravinski hospital for so many years of care.
