She was the beloved wife of Lino Basic and a loving mother to Antonella Basic. Luciana took great joy in her role as a cherished grandmother to Olivia Luciana Benedict and Georgia Benedict. She was also a dear sister to Lurdino, Maruci and Dragica, and a devoted aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Luciana’s greatest passion was gathering with her family to cook and share meals, creating lasting memories filled with love and laughter.
A devoted Catholic, she was an active member of St. Josaphat’s Roman Catholic Church, praying her rosary daily. Luciana was also a proud member of The Anchor Benevolent Society, where she found a strong sense of community.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Luciana's memory may be made to Sveti Blaz Church in her hometown of Stivan, Croatia. Donations may be made at the funeral home.
