Prior to 55 years of life in Florida she worked for American Military Labs in Germany and lived around world. She immigrated to the USA in May 1966, settled in Tampa, Florida by job offer in Clinical Pathology.
In 1967 she married her soulmate of 51 years, birthed her only child in 1968, became a US Citizen in 1972.
A loving mother, wife and friend, she is survived by her daughter, Cassandra Pannwitz Leonard (husband, Chris Leonard); her stepdaughter, Jane Pannwitz (Mark Powell); her stepgranddaughter, Kristin; cousin, Ladislav Horak-Jergovic.
She is predeceased by her husband, Hans Ulrich Pannwitz; brother, Juan Sopianac; parents, Franjo Sopianac and Milena (Vencajz) Sopianac.
