We mourn the death of Marija Bogovic, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at 88 years of age.
Marija was a beloved mother to Antonia (Kurt), Christine and grandmother to Kate and Tina. She was born in Cetingrad, Croatia and came to Canada in the 1960s to seek a better life.
Maria lived a joyful and independent life up until her recent diagnosis of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). She loved to garden, cook and spend time with her grandchildren and close friends.
Our family would like to give thanks to the caregivers from Extendicare Brampton, Brampton Civic Hospital and Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga.

To live as I please,
