Marija's greatest joy was her family and friends. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and Nona "grandmother." Marija was proud of her homeland Croatia, her birth home Nin, and the home she built with her husband in Komiža.
She loved when the grandkids would visit for the summer. She loved to make the kids their favorite dishes because only Nona made it taste so good.
Marija was the beloved wife of the late Tonci Ante Dorotic for 54 years; loving mother of Antica (Ivo) Gregov, Maria (Mario) Grgic, Vinka (Nenad) Petric, and Gloria (Steve) West; Nona "grandmother" of Antonia, Ivana, Hrvoje, Giuliana, Bartul, Tea, Mario, Ante, Gabriella, Oliver, and Martin; aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tonci; her parents' Sime and Slavica Lucin; her brothers' Ivi and Marijan; and her sister Lucija Bjaževic.
