Marija Mlinaric (nee Presnec), age 85. Beloved wife of Anton (deceased); daughter of the deceased Josip and Draga Presnec; sister of Ana Rescek; aunt of Snjezana and Zeljko; godmother “Kuma” of Mary Medakovic.
Marija was born on February 3, 1924 in Croatia and passed away on December 1, 2021. She resided in Wickliffe for 53 years and was a former resident of Cleveland. She was a proud member of St. Paul Croatian Church, the Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge #235, the Croatian Pensioners Club and the American Croatian Lodge.
Marija was employed as an Assembler at Philmar Lamp Company for 8 years and a Bartender at the Croatian Tavern for 17 years. She retired in 1998.
Friends will be received at St. Paul Croatian Catholic Church, 1369 East 40th St., Cleveland on Tuesday, December 7 at 9:30 am. Funeral Mass to follow at 10am. Interment All Souls Cemetery. Arrangements by Golub Funeral Home, 216-391-0357.
