Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 7, 2022 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Ana for 55 years. Loving father of Anthony (Shelly). Dear brother of Pina Vojic (late Angelo). Predeceased by his parents, Anthony and Antonia.
Mario was born in Sumber (Labin) Ista which was northern Italy annexed after WWII by Yugoslavia, present day Croatia. He saw and experienced many things growing up through WWII and living through Communism.
He left everything behind and emmigrated to Canada in 1968 with his beautiful and outstanding wife, Ana, to create a new life. He drove across Canada to experience it first hand and eventually settled in Toronto. He became a chemist at Canada Dry then his son was born. Then he entered transport logistics, shipping with G.T L Limited, with a class A mechanic license and a class A transport license until early retirement. His real career as all who knew him well was real estate acquisition which started in 1970 and continued until present day. Located in three different countries and six different cities. His main motto in life, "Respect is the ultimate currency." His family's dreams will be carried on by his son, Anthony Mario Erwin Radovic.
