Marta was born in Golubići, Zumberak, Croatia, on July 12th, 1933, and resided in Hamilton, ON, Canada.
Marta’s impact on the lives of others was immeasurable. Marta's contagious sense of humor lightened any room; her storytelling and joking demeanor brought joy to all that knew her. She had a deep love of Croatian Folklore, and loved watching her grandchildren and great-grandchildren perform.
Marta strived to share laughter and love to all that she met, and the zest for life she had will be cherished by all. Beloved wife of the late Petar. Loving mother of "Goldie" Zlata Capin (the late Drago), Marijan and Ivan. Cherished Baba of Dennis Capin and Dianne Capin-Ducharme (Claude).
Great-grandmother, Baba Booda, of Maya, Luka, Katia, Marko, Martin and Lea. She will be sadly missed by her nephews Peter, Joey and nieces Maca, Ankica, Zora and their families. Special thanks to the PSW staff of Bayshore, our family, friends and neighbors for their many visits and loving support. Marta Domjancic will be deeply missed by family and friends throughout Canada, the United States and Croatia, but her spirit and love will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to know her.
