She was the beloved wife of the late Peter and a devoted mother to John (Rose), Bill (Mira), Nicholas (Renée), and guardian to Anna Stipancic.
Mary was a cherished figure in the lives of her grandchildren John, Chris, David, Victoria, Blake, Ashley, Sophie, Justin, and Matthew; a source of joy to her great-grandchildren Anthony, Luka, Marko, Sean, Ryan, Jackson, Taya, Franco, Marino, Ben, and Gia; and a dear friend to her sister-in-law Violeta Benkovic. Preceded in death by her brothers Nick and Tone, and sisters Barbara and Anna.
Mary’s warmth, kindness and wisdom will forever remain in our hearts. She will be deeply missed by her immediate and extended family and friends, here in Canada and abroad.
Her wonderful personality, gardening skills, delicious blueberry pies, honey cookies and worldly adventures will be remembered fondly by all who knew or had an opportunity to share with her.
