It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mirko “Mike” Lulić.
Born May 26th, 1941 in Kosa, Lika, Croatia N.D.H. Mirko passed away peacefully with his family by his side on January 2, 2024.
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, kum and friend will always be remembered lovingly by his wife Mare of 51 years, daughter Anita / Mike, son Dane / Ana, grandchildren Dane, Milan, Luciana, Ivan and Mirko, sister Marija as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, kumovi, close family members and friends throughout the world.
Mirko was a man who went out of his way to make every interaction memorable, touching many lives through his exceptional sense of humour over 82 years. He loved the outdoors, landscaping, hockey and engaging in any, and every, social activity. He lived, and worked very hard for his family and was tremendously proud of his grandchildren. He leaves us with a lifetime of beautiful memories that stemmed from a dream of a single young immigrant man that was brave, tenacious and fearless. For this, our team of ten is forever grateful.
