Peacefully at Regina Gardens Long Term Care in her 93rd year on January 11th, 2023. Nina is reunited with her husband Anton (1994) and was the cherished mother of Marisa.
Survived by her sister Wilma Galant (Joe) of Woodbridge and predeceased by her sister Maria. Lovingly remembered by her niece Lorie Dolan (Kevin) and her family, also survived by nieces and nephews in Canada, Croatia and Italy.
Nina was a talented seamstress and avid baker who enjoyed spending time with friends. Many thanks to the staff at Regina Gardens-Mohawk Trail unit for their care, compassion and support during this long and difficult journey. Private funeral services were held.
