Devoted son of Marija and the late Aldo Kučić. Beloved husband and best friend of Nancy for 31 wonderful years. Cherished and proud father of Tomas, and Jasmina and her fiance Mate Pavković. Lovingly remembered by Teta Ana, Stric Jani and Stric Joža.
Loving son-in-law of Marko and Luca Rimac. Brother-in-law of Tony Rimac (Deanna), Johnny Rimac (Marlena), and Tommy Rimac (Jackie). Richard will be missed by his nephews Lukas (Natalie), Matthew, Marko, Josip, and Niko, his family, his neighbours, and friends in Croatia, Sweden, and the United States.
He was a true family man who loved his wife and children dearly. Richard was a worldly man who enjoyed the finer things in life when it came to cuisine, drink, music, art, and nature. He had a special ability to touch the lives of anyone he met. He will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
The family wishes to thank the team at the Hamilton General Hospital Cardiac Unit as well as the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre at the Toronto General Hospital for the excellent care.
