He was a devoted and caring husband of 14 years to Salomé Santos who loved him dearly. An adoring son to parents Vlatko and Milka and cherished older brother and brother-in-law of Frank and Tania.
Nurturing nephew of Apolonia and Petar and carefree uncle to Avery, Amelia, and Mason. Robert will be greatly missed by all of his extended family and friends here in Canada and in Croatia, Portugal and the USA. Bright, kindhearted and hard-working,
Robert was passionate about life and compassionate to those people he shared it with. He will always be remembered as our ‘strong guy with a genuine heart of gold.’ May he rest in peace in his new home in Heaven.
