Loving brother of John Kisic (Elisabeth), and Steve Kisic (Dianne). Uncle of Joanne (Shawn), Johnny (Christine), Jasmina (Alex), Steven and Adriana. Great-uncle to Hannah, Liam, Hope, Hadley, Lily, J.J. and Calvin. Tomo will be fondly remembered by his extended family and friends in Croatia, British Columbia and Ontario.
In 1975, Tomo and his brother John owned and operated the Genesse Tavern in Hamilton, with Tomo staying there for over 30 years having had made many lasting friendships.
Tomo loved traditional Croatian music, his garden, wine making, home projects and most of all socializing with family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him. A special thank you to his neighbours Ed (Mary-Jo), Steve and family for their care and friendship, C3 at Juravinski Hospital and the team at St. Peter’s Hospital.
