Beloved husband of Katie (Kay) Nenadovich for 70 years. Cherished father of Diane (Bob) MacDonald and David (Kathy) Nenadovich. Proud grandfather of Jennifer Arndt, Kelly MacDonald, Marlene (Ben) Vanderklok, Darren (Kim) Nenadovich, Erika (Bryce) Benson and Ashley and Sarah Bollman. Loved by his great grandchildren Felix and Henry Arndt, Ava Vanderklok, Riley Nenadovich and Luis Benson. Dear brother to Rosemary (Steve) Lastovic and brother-in-law to Barbara (John d. 2015) Nenadovich. Zvoni will also be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Zvoni was born on January 4, 1932 in Welland, Ontario, Canada. He worked at Stelco for forty years. In his early years, he was a hockey coach and a proud member of the Welland Fire Company, Station 3.
Zvoni was proud of his Croatian and Canadian heritage. He played music with his brother John’s band, named Veseli Becari Tamburitzans. They performed at several events in Welland, including the Welland Rose Festival, sharing their culture and music with the city for many years. Zvoni bled blue and white his whole life as a dedicated Toronto Maple Leafs fan, a love that began at the tender age of 9 in grade 3.
